It is easy to feel overwhelmed in a world where so many things are out of our control - from global events to other people's actions and reactions. However, it is essential to remember that there are numerous aspects of our lives that we have direct control over.

Things I Can Control...


First and foremost, we have the ability to control our thoughts. This is not to say that we can prevent certain thoughts from popping into our heads, but we can choose how we react to them. We can choose to dwell on negative thoughts, or we can choose to let them go and focus on more positive aspects of our lives. By taking control of our thoughts, we can significantly influence our overall mental wellbeing.


Next, we have control over our behaviour. This includes how we act towards others, how we react to situations and even our body language. By being mindful of our behaviour, we can ensure that we are acting in a way that aligns with our values and contributes to our happiness and success.

Another area of control is our efforts.
