  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

      • Details of the defect (attach photos if possible).

    • Approved returns will be provided with the necessary return instructions, including the return address.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the defect.

  • If the product is confirmed defective, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

 

Non-Returnable Items
