I recently had the pleasure of delivering a wellbeing workshop to the superb staff team at St Mary’s CE Primary School in Lewisham.
The staff team had an open dialogue about the mental health and wellbeing challenges that they face; following which, we explored effective tools and solutions to promote and enhance wellbeing.
