Happy Grati-Tuesday

When I look at the world around me, I am reminded that life is a gift and some of the little things that make me uncomfortable are insignificant in comparison to some of the challenges that others are currently facing in their lives.


Today, I am focusing on being grateful for life’s little pleasures.... For me, it was sitting down to eat breakfast mindfully this morning, whilst enjoying the glorious autumn sunshine.

Oh - and how can I forget? Surviving GRIT class yesterday evening!
